Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Patient Care: Manage, assess, and treat patients in OPD, IPD, and Emergency Room (ER) settings.

  • Patient Monitoring: Perform regular ward rounds and monitor patient recovery and progress.

  • Consultant Liaison: Coordinate closely with Senior Consultants/Specialists and execute treatment plans accurately.

  • Emergency Response: Provide immediate resuscitative care (CPR) and manage acute medical emergencies.

  • Clinical Handover: Conduct structured and safe patient handovers during shift changes.

  • Documentation: Maintain precise, legible, and updated medical records and progress notes.

  • Patient Safety: Comply strictly with hospital infection control policies and patient safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Education: M.B.,B.S degree from a recognized university.

  • Licensing: Valid and active Medical Practitioner License (SAMA) is mandatory.

  • Certifications: BLS / ACLS certification is highly preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. (Strong internship track records will be considered for passionate fresh graduates).

  • Skills: Proficient in basic emergency procedures and acute patient management.

  • Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Myanmar and English.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work on a rotational shift roster (including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays).
