Report to - Head of Department

• Formulating & recommending a business plan for the portfolio
• Achieving business objectives & ensuring pre-decided profitability of the brand
• Developing & implementing pre-decided strategies for the portfolio
• Periodic market survey/analysis to propose new products in the portfolio
• Developing the competencies of the team members - Communication on the portfolio
• Ensuring technical knowledge/know-how of the brands through periodic training
• Timely & productive support to sales team to facilitate business objectives
• Implementing the planned strategies/campaigns for the portfolio 
• Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted Vs actual expenses
• Monitoring ROI of implemented promotional strategies/campaigns - to ensure expected results
• Collecting & communicating the market information about customers/consumers & competitors - Monthly basis
• Ensuring implementation & communicating the progress of the sales/marketing activities 
• In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective actions - Daily/weekly basis
• Periodically evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions
• Coordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning
• Assisting head of department in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making
• Developing & maintaining report with new as well as existing customers.

• B.Pharm.
• At least  3 years experiences with Product Executive position in Ethical Marketing Management. 
• Must be persuasion aptitude and the ability to coordinate activities
• Critical thinking, Excellent analytical, Reporting skills, and Excellent Communication skill with verbal and written and good presentation skill. 
• Business English Communication skill.
• Must be able to travel to other cities.
