Supporting the team in their day to day activities.
Operate office machines, such as Fax, photocopiers and scanners.
Prepare correspondence and documents.
Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Type necessary documents in both English and Myanmar languages.

Organize office and assist associates in the procedure
Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner
Create and update record ensuring accuracy
Coordinate with other department
Maintain trusting relationship with suppliers and customer

Job Requirements

Any Degrees.or experiences in related fields
Can use MS words and Excel well.
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skill

Good in Microsoft office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can work under pressure
Must finish work in timely
Hard working, team player, willing to learn new things, good interpersonal communical
Good at computer office software, meeting arrangement, travel arrangement
Communicable English is a must.
Able to work under pressure.
