Ensure that all services and activities regarding digital banking operation are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure department operations are aligned with SOP.
Accomplish operations and organization goals by completing related results as needed.
Issue operational communications and alerts as needed.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Digital Banking Department’s products and services.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of information technology, business, banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds.

Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
Be a good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to deliver multiple projects/tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and proficiency in English.
