Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

•    Participate in the startup operations of an online travel agent
•    Research and work with internal and external stakeholders and partners to create tour itineraries
•    Prepare tour itinerary commentaries

•    Manage online presence / social media for the platform. Develop and execute innovative marketing programs/plans that attract customers.
•    Manage inquiries from online travel booking platform from users - individuals/ corporates/ partners 
•    Participate in UAT testing for online booking platform prior launch.
•    Conduct sanity checks on the booking system to ensure system is working in order
•    Review reimbursement requests from Tour Guides to ensure accuracy and justified.
•    Prepare periodic reports for management review

•    Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director 
•    This role is based in a remote location

Job Requirements

•    Fluent in written and spoken English
•    Fluent in written and spoken mandarin, a plus
•    Qualifications and/or experience in tourism/ hospitality/ travel/ digital marketing/ mass communication highly preferred
•    Diligent and efficient team player with good initiative
•    Proactive and work independently
•    Must have a laptop and  robust internet infrastructure to support working remotely 
•    Good Time management skills
•    Resourceful, Detail oriented and good business acumen
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
•    Must be able to support working in Singapore time zone
