We are seeking a professional, proactive; results-oriented Executive Assistant who will thrive in its dynamic environment.
*The ideal candidate who will support the Chairman of Ray Group.
*The Executive Assistant will have strong executive presence with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities.
*The Executive Assistant should possess strong problem-solving capabilities, anticipate the chairman’s needs, be responsible and accountable for projects from beginning to end, and ensure that all bases are covered.
*He will also support the Chairman with personal requirements as needed.
• Manage calls, emails, daily schedules with multiple calendars
• Capture meeting action items, including meeting minutes as appropriate
• Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files
• Travel along with Chairman as necessary
• Any other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Well Groomed Male/ Aged between 30-45
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
• Minimum 3 years of prior personal executive background is a MUST
• Flexible with work hours

• Able to travel local/ovesea short term trip
• Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• High Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Working Hours
Mon- Sat (9am-6pm)
Sunday Off
