1. Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

2. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, demonstrating proficient English communication skills.

3. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and clarity in written communication.

4. Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries as needed, presenting findings effectively in English.

5. Coordinate and oversee personal tasks, such as errands, household management, and family commitments, communicating clearly and effectively in English.

6. Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in English communication.

7. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in English proficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with demonstrated proficiency in English communication.

2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English, both verbal and written.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

6. Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

8. Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
