The objective of this document is to specify the roles and responsibilities of Utility technician so as to meet the organizational objectives.

• Conducting routine inspections of machine and equipment and other utility systems.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of production and utility machineries assigned by Engineer.
• Monitor/ Record Utility Consumption Data.
• Responsible minor and major Electrical, Mechanical & other utilities systems repair.
•  Scheduling the preventive maintenance and take the actions.
• Handling corrective maintenance complete within schedule timeline and record accordingly.
• Involving in emergency attendant if required.
• Responsible awareness of safety rules and regulations at all the time.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are well processed and all technicians are performing with good practice aligned the maintenance schedule.
• Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

• Graduate in Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or Similar Diploma
• Minimum (1-3) years’ experience in Utility technician
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Proven work experience as a Technician role of Utility Technician.
