What we do

MPCL is employing equipment and services of some well-known international suppliers in glass industry. AGC Ceramics is responsible for designing and building the furnace and forehearths, while China’s Shanghai Precision was awarded the batch plant contract. Forming equipment has been sourced from Bottero and Revimac, while Italian enterprise Antonini is responsible for delivering the annealing lehrs. Specialist inspection equipment has been sourced from IRIS Inspection machines and Tiama, while Ruitai Technology (China) has been contracted to build and install the cold end handling and palletizing equipment. Our furnace has four production lines equipped with high-tech inspection machines for controlled AQL. Each furnace line can produce 100-168 bottles per minutes. Annually, our factory has capacity to produce around 90,000 Mt of glass bottles. With its daily 300MT capacity, our factory produces Finest Quality grade glass bottle sizes ranging from 250 ml to 700 ml.

Conducting routine inspections of machine and equipment and other utility systems. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 standards for Quality and Food Safety Systems. Maintain good manufacturing practices. Ensure the availability of the Packaging Materials (Paper Trays, Shrink Film, Pallet ID Label, etc.) Consumables in the shift. Generate the reports of the Pallets Packed for the day, on hold & also ensure the Packed Pallet Tracking Record is updated. Maintain the SOP, WI, and the Forms with the updated revision. Seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior IT Officer to support our organization's daily IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to users, managing company IT assets, installing necessary software and hardware, and maintaining accurate technical documentation. 1. IT Asset Management (ITAM) Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all company IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses). Track the lifecycle of IT equipment from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal. Conduct regular audits of IT hardware and software to ensure compliance and prevent loss. 2. User Support & IT Service Management (ITSM) Receive, log, and manage user requests through the internal Helpdesk/Ticketing system. To support the crafting and modification of tools and equipment for plant production Job Descriptions: To operate CNC/VMC Machines: Set up, run, and adjust machines to manufacture or modify mold parts with high precision.
