You will lead a team of preschool educators in providing quality education, holistic development and care for the children. You will oversee the management of the preschool sector, monitor early childhood education services by means of curriculum management; plan and organise the preschool programme, as well as manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of all preschool educators.

Job Responsibilities
-    Ensure daily corrections on teachers’ lesson plans and give supportive feedbacks

-    Develop regular trainings for the teachers

-    Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool

-    Ensure daily operations are in order and other regulatory requirements, where applicable

-    Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters

-    Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve overall performance standards and competencies
-    Manage relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately

-    Management and optimisation of centre resources Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives and events

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher
