Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is required;
Minimum of 5 years of direct procurement, Supply Chain Management and tender management experience as Manager Role within the electrical services sector, especially focused on renewable energy projects.
Proven track record of managing the full procurement lifecycle for utility-scale renewable energy projects, specifically for major equipment packages and EPC contracts.
Deep technical knowledge of renewable energy components and the ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documentation for procurement purposes.
Expertise in international contract law and standard forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC), with strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and managing high-value contracts.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial and commercial bid analysis, total cost of ownership modeling, and to achieve significant cost savings through strategic negotiations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing internal cross-functional teams and building effective, strategic relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
