• Deliver significant competitive advantage to BAT through the management of key suppliers.
• Monitoring key supplier performances to meet and exceed the requirements of internal customers, Procurement and Audit Services.
• Ensure full cross-functional commitment to supply arrangements through communication, education, and involvement of key stakeholders in project plans.
• Maintenance of the supplier catalog system and core Enterprise Resource Planning systems (NAV system data).
• Being the key point of contact for suppliers for transactional order processing.
• Assist in the implementation of Service Level Agreements with contracted suppliers to promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monthly procurement reporting within the country/region.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in the procurement field
• Good command of English and Computer literacy
• Advanced organization skills with a natural ability to prioritize
• Analytical aptitude with specific attention to detail.
• Passion for customer service and experience with Service Level Agreements
• Medium influencing & Negotiating skills
• High order inter-personal skills to foster productive internal & external customer relationships.
• Pro-active approach to managing unforeseen circumstances and meeting deadlines.
