Materials Sourcing

1. Identify and market research for construction materials and new construction products, prices, payment and contract term.
2. Evaluate the performance of potential suppliers and vendors list.
3. Provide strategic sourcing plan to management team.

Negotiation   

1. Conduct for material price and contract term advantages.
2. Ensure cost effective and save costs through supplier negotiation.
3. Strong negotiation and communication with suppliers.

Cost Management

1. Conduct cost effective procurement strategy to minimize budget.
2. Secure favorable payment terms with suppliers to optimize cost.

Contract Management

1. Review draft contract and negotiation with suppliers.
2. Prepare contract agreement with suppliers if need.
3. Monitor the contract agreement & payment term.
4. Ensure contractual agreements with relevant suppliers.

Quality Assurance

1. Conduct physical inquire for product inspection.
2. Ensure products quality and quantity, standard specification as per agreement.
3. Ensure that suppliers' profiles and products comply with laws and regulations.

Logistic Management

1. Mange the whole process of good products receiving.
2. Conduct cost effective way for product receiving.  
3. Mange for good products receiving process within specifics timeline.

Documentation and Reporting

1. Maintain accurate procurement office’s recorded document, management approved letter, contract, suppliers’ information.
2. Conduct the procurement monthly/weekly report to management team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•    Any bachelor’s degree or related field. 
•    Diploma in supply chain management or related field is preferred.  
•    At least (3) years proven experiences as a procurement manager in the construction industry. 
•    Must have oversea procurement experiences. 
•    Good English 4 skills.
•    Mandatory proficiency in the Chinese speaking is required.
•    Strong negotiations and communication skills. 
•    Proficient Microsoft office. 
•    Problem-solving skill, Decision-making skill, financial skill and Time management skill. 
•    Good networking, persuasion, professionalism, Presentations. 
•    Ability for travel.
