Responsibilities

• Identifying the procurement needs of the entire companies.
• Managing direct procurement processes, including the purchasing or obtaining of raw materials, resources, goods and services for manufactured goods.
• Managing direct procurement, including the purchasing of materials, supplies, goods and services    needed for daily operations.
• Conducting competitive bidding of products( eg . raw materials)
• Managing procurement budgets and payment processes.
• Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies and policies for the purchasing of raw materials, goods and service.
• Managing the procure-to-pay processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and paying for goods and services.
• Devising initiatives to drive procurement performance.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors that include warranties and agreements.
• Maintaining advantageous relationships with suppliers and managing disputes.
• Determine the lowest cost for products/materials.
• Analyse market and delivery systems.
• Weight, quality, and price of Product must be supervised to be correct.
• To manage raw material purchasing, shipping activities in order to meet the needs of the business in time.
• Leading the procurement department including a team of procurement officer and other team members.

• Proven work experience as a Procurement Manager.
• Expertise in Procurement management procedures and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement Section.
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have Microsoft Package(Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
