An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on the modern furniture sector's specific needs.
  • Analyze cost-saving opportunities and identify value-addition methods.
  • Develop annual/quarterly procurement plans in collaboration with various departments.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new local and international suppliers for critical raw materials essential for furniture production
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; negotiate and finalize contracts and service agreements.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, and pricing).
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and systematic records of all procurement documentation, contracts, and activities.
  • Collaborate with Production, Design, Finance, and Warehouse teams to understand their procurement needs and provide accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports, cost analysis summaries, and savings achievement records for presentation to management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated.
  • A minimum of (3 to 5)years of progressive experience in Procurement.
  • Experience in Procurement within the furniture manufacturing, construction material, or general manufacturing industries will be a distinct advantage.
  • Fundamental or specialized knowledge of raw materials used in modern furniture production (e.g., HPL, Melamine, MDF, Veneer, and specific furniture Hardware).
  • Must have knowledge about ERP, MS Office.
  • Good communication Skill
  • Good personality.
