Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Documentation and Keeping the record
  • Researching the Market and Potential Suppliers
  • Collecting updated market price regularly
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Responsible for purchasing materials or inventory for the sites
  • Support in vendor evaluation and performance assessments.
  • Assist in generating procurement reports and documentation as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated or must be free from school commitments.
  • Age between 20 and 25 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Basic understanding in purchasing methods, vendor management and procurement procedures.
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
