  • Ensure the effective management of the processes, systems, and people required to design, develop, deliver, and improve technology services across the business now and in the future.
  • Collaborate with New Projects to prepare and process through to approval, disbursement, and implementation, technical assistance proposals.
  • Understand the group business and deliver a plan to consolidate all data collected under a platform and maximize the data usage under the whole group of companies
  • Participate in relevant teams for planning and programming purposes.
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitive and qualitative portfolio studies
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

Job Requirements

Verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients.
Negotiation skills (presenting clients with a contract and establishing terms )

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the IT Industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help clients overcome any obstacles and develop solutions
  • Require a level of Understanding with Superiors.
  • Good intercommunication and social skills.
  • Conflict Resolution & Decision-Making Skills.
  • Creative Thinking.
