In order to fulfill user needs, to perform as the key technical person to provide end–to-end solution development and deliverables
To Manage Project planning, coordinating and delivering medium to large projects
Able to prepare budgets and approvals to realize the technical solutions
Able to resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the service/products before and after launch
Able to set strategy and continuous improvement resulting fast Time To Market and best for customer experiences.
Be responsible to manage vendor internal tests, IT SAT and UAT for related solutions and products
Be accountable for other specific related assignments from management
To make sure data synchronization between the system and network elements and 3rd party systems.
To make sure quality, performance KPI and reports and capacity planning
Passion to learn & develop the latest technologies, and work with cross-functional teams of business owners and vendor with attention to detail

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technologies is preferable PMP, Scrum Master
Minimum 5 ~ 3 years in IT, IT Business support system, service launch delivery and telecom related infrastructure work (Architecture, Network, Security)
Knowledge of Billing process
Project Management Skill
Skill to set the technical specification
Communication and logical explanation skill
Deep consideration for system solution
Lead & organize the multiple tasks
Understanding business risk management
Ability To respond quickly when problem happened
