Prepare and maintain production reports.
Responsible for area and equipment qualification of production.
To impart training to subordinates with respect to SOP
Responsible of Production ( Manufacturing and packaging ) activity.
Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs
Implement and Control of production schedule with production
Report any Quality concerns or suggestion for improvement to Plant Head.
Complete self-training and monitor training of team member on the relevant SOPs.
Identifying training needs and ensuring proper training is provided to the staff and workmen.
To Prepare and review of SOP Protocols & Reports of Qualifications and Validations.
Coordination with Engineering department with respect to preventive and breakdown maintenance.
To coordinate Procurement of New change parts/Tooling as per production department requirement.
Supervise compliance to all , or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S Requirements.
