Manage a team working in a metal manufacturing plant to produce metals for industry

With experience, become a shift production manager, or move into quality control or health and safety
Organising shift rotas
Planning work and setting production targets
Supervising staff
Checking quality
Dealing with health and safety issues
Troubleshooting production problems with maintenance technicians

need experience and qualifications in iron and steel making or heavy engineering.
B.E. in chemical or mechanical engineering
Experience of working in hot metal industry in the production department
At least 7 years’ experience in related field
Able to solve technically issues.
Experience creating shift schedules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Confident problem-solver.
