-The Commercial supervisor for Edible Oil Tank Services is responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of tank services for imported edible oil.
-This role involves managing customet relationships, coordinating logistics, and optimizing revenue generation from tank storage and handling services.
-Observation of imported volume and arrivals shipment information by date record and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including importers, distributors, and traders of edible oil.
-Serve as the primary point if contact for customer inquiries, concers, and contract negotiations.
Pricing and Contract Management:
-Develop pricing strategies for tank storage and handling service based on market dynamics,operational costs, and competitive factors.
-Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Logistics Coordination:
-Coordinate logistics for the receipt, storage, and delivery of imported edible oil in tank facilities.
-Collaborate with logistics partners, including shipping companies and freight forwarders, to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
Operational Efficiency:
-Work closely with operations teams to optimize the utilization of tank facilities and ensure smooth operations.
-Implement process improvement and effciency measures to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
-Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends,customer preferences,and competitive dynamics.
-Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics,including revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.
Regulatory Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations wiht the government , comply with weight standards and tank storage operations.
-Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to operations and porcedures.
