- Monitar and use office equipment and materials (Computer, table, chair, printer,file shelf, fixed access, etc.)
- Preparation of purchasing order requirement internal team.
- Answering phone call and list of internal admin document (Claim, stationery, computer system error).
- Meeting, transport and necessarily arrangement.
- Monitaring leavdd register update and record, collect leave form internal team and inform to HR.
- Coordinate office procedures and distribute correspondence memos.
- Coordinate all activites related to document conttrol procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.
- Input document data into into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that controlled copies of latest approve documents and drawings are giving to the approciate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Assist PM for relate admin process.
- Coordinate with other team for arrange meeting, transport and necessaries arrangement.
