• Supervise mechanical installation works, including HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Firefighting systems, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Method Statements (MOS).
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and prepare or review technical submissions, including material brand submissions, sample boards, and Method Statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on material planning, manpower, installation activities, and work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor material orders, deliveries, usage, and withdrawal against approved drawings and actual site requirements to control wastage.
• Monitor site progress, prepare regular progress reports, identify technical issues and potential delays, and report them to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material and installation inspections, pre-commissioning, performance testing, and testing and commissioning (T&C) activities. Ensure inspection comments are closed within three days and submit completed inspection documents to Head Office every Friday.
• Ensure mechanical works comply with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Maintain proper project documentation and support cost control, variation claims, and project handover and close-out activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical or MEP construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, material management, and project progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with mechanical inspection, testing and commissioning (T&C), QA/QC procedures, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of applicable construction standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in large-scale MEP or building services projects will be an advantage.
