Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online marketing, and prospecting to identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, provide valuable insights, and offer guidance on the buying, selling, or renting process.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct property evaluations and comparative market analysis to determine accurate property values for sellers and offer appropriate pricing advice.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters, highlighting the property's features and benefits.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
  • Documentation and Contracts: Prepare and review real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents necessary for closing real estate transactions.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring all paperwork and deadlines are met, and liaise with other professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and escrow agents.
  • Compliance and Legalities: Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values. ( This one is optional )
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and technology.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
