  • Prepare progress payment form contractors
  • Able to send email
  • Prepare procurement process if need for quotation request
  • Document control process (Keeping Archi Submit  drawing soft file & hard file & internal circulation state)
  • Document control, filing work & printing work.
  • Estimating for quotation process
  • Liaise with the Internal & External Construction Team.
  • Coordination Skill is a must.
  • Good communication with contractors and other suppliers.
  • Can work with Team work
  • Can work under pressure
  • Have overtime if need sometimes

  • Qualifications  : Bachelor of Technology (BE/Civil).
  • Personality       : Must be healthy, Flexible & Adaptable in any environment.
  • Experienced     : At least 4 years for quantity surveyor and document controller in construction filed
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
