• Planning QS Section Head the Project Estimate calculated by their department. Must be able to clearly present the investment plan to CE, AGM, DGM, GM, MD, CM.
• Planning QS Section Head must be able to compare the total cost of a project from the beginning to the completion of the project with the total cost of the original Estimate and Additional Work.
• Planning QS Section Head must be able to quickly calculate up-to-date prices according to the calculations in the Yellow Book to facilitate the calculation of Project Tenders.
• Planning QS Section Head shall determine the percentages of labor payment according to the process if the Contractor is awarded a contract for any site under his jurisdiction.
• Site QS inspection of each relevant site. Calculation records must be reviewed and signed by the QS Section Head.
• Must be able to manage senior / junior planning and site QS to perform duties according to established JDs.

• Planning QS Section Head သည် မိမိတို့ဌာနမှ တွက်ချက်ထားသော Project Estimate ၊ Invesment Planကို CE,AGM,DGM,GM,MD,CM ,ထံသို့ ယူဆ တွက်ချက်ပုံများ ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
• Planning QS Section Head သည် Project တစ်ခု၏ အစမှ တည်ဆောက်ပြီးစီး သွားသည်အထိ စုစုပေါင်းကုန်ကျစရိတ်ကို မိမိတို့တွက်ချက်ထားသော မူလ Estimate နှင့် Additional  Work ထပ်တိုးလုပ်ငန်းများအားလုံး၏ စုစုပေါင်းကုန်ကျစရိတ်နှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်၍ Project တစ်ခုချင်းအလိုက် Estimate နှင့် Actual ကွာဟချက်များကို မှတ်တမ်းထားရှိနိုင်ရမည်။
• Planning QS Section Head သည် Project Tender များတွက်ချက်ရာတွင် လွယ်ကူစေရန် Yellow Book ပါ တွက်ချက်မှုများအတိုင်း Up To Date  ဈေးနှုန်း များဖြင့် မြန်ဆန်စွာတွက်ချက် နိုင်ရန် Format ချထားဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Planning QS Section Head  သည် ၎င်း၏ လက်အောက်ရှိမည့်သည့် ဆိုဒ်အတွက်မဆို Contractor အား စာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုပါက လုပ်အားခပေးချေမှု ရာခိုင်နှုန်းများကို လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အလိုက် သတ်မှတ်ပေးရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Site အသီးသီး၏ Site QS စစ်ဆေးမှု ၊ တွက်ချက်မှု မှတ်တမ်းများကို QS Section Head  မှ ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးလက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးရမည်။
• Senior /Junior Planning နှင့် Site ပိုင်း QS များကို ချမှတ်ထားသော JD များအတိုင်း တာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်စေရန် စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
• လုပ်သားခ နှူန်းထားများကို AGM ,DGM,GM, CE သို့တင်ပြဆွေးနွေး၍ လုပ်ငန်းအလိုက် ဈေးနှုန်း သတ်မှတ် ထားရှိရမည်။

• Must have completed ME, BE, Btech, AGTI, (Civil) degree. Must be able to use RSE (Construction or QS), Sketchup software, Microsoft, PowerPoint.
• Must be proficient in Auto Cad (2D, 3D).
• Must be able to check and recommend the structure.
• Must be able to draw a planning schedule.
• Must have 10 years or more experience in QS in construction industry. Must have high-rise experience.
• Must be able to work with teamwork.
• Must have worked in Tender & Contract.

• ME , BE , Btech , AGTI , (Civil)ဘွဲ ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ RSE (Construction or QS),Sketchup software ,Microsoft,powerpoint အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ 
•  Auto Cad (2D,3D) တက်မြောက်ရပါမည်။
• Structure ပိုင်း စစ်ဆေး အကြံပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ 
• Planning Schedule ဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။ 
•  ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းတွင် QS နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အတွေ့အကြုံ 10 နှစ် နှင့် အထက် ရှိရမည်။ အထပ်မြင့် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။ 
• Teamwork ဖြင့်အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
• Tender & Contract ပိုင်းလုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
