Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing the client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work.
  • Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and thereafter prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties.
  • Liasie with Head of Operations on subcontracing work and procurement requirements.
  • Prepare and follw up on all payment request and carry out project reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update al document records with reference to the resepctive projects.
  • (Contracts, Quotations, Agreements, Drawings etc)
  • Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
  • Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying with 4 years’ experience or HND in Quantity Surveying with 7 years’ experience out of minimum 3 years’ experience in telecommunication infrastructure development projects
  • Previous experience in completion document preparation
  • Good command in English Language (Both Spoken & Written)
  • Good computer literacy with hands on experience in AUTO CAD, MS Office or other desktop packages
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
