An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Assist to Guest Relations Manager in guests relations functions & activities.
-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
-Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
-Maintains telecommunications & dispatching systems.
-Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
-Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
-Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
-Responsibility to stationary control for head office.

Job Requirements

-2 years’ experience as receptionist in a medium to large organization.
-A Bachelor Degree is desirable.
-Experience in telephone skills, verbal communication, and customer focus is required.
-Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) and English 4 skills.
-Good use in MS Word, MS Excel.
-Able to establish positive working relationships with at all level of employees, and guests.
-A can do attitude and a sense of honest.
-Able to be a team player – participant.
