Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Daily handover to/from the next/previous shift. 
  • Check RFID Cards from the previous day and add daily records to the computer.  
  • Golf reservations in booking system. Take customer details of phone/email following S.O.P. 
  • Check emails hourly and respond to customer enquiries and booking requests promptly. To include responding to other HOD’s requesting information as well as operation manager. 
  • Provide membership information / take payment for memberships. 
  • Serve customers who check-in for Golf booking; to include providing information of our facilities, giving directions, handling cash, providing receipts, taking messages for mgt etc 
  • Selling Pro shop items on display at Front Office. 
  • Store and record all Golf cash revenue in the safe. 
  • Smart and well-groomed for work. Customer Service focus. 
  • Report and accept responsibilities from superiors. 
  • Report any incidents or issues / complaints to HOD /Operation Manager immediately.

  • Education  – Any Graduate 
  • Experience  – At least 2 years experienced in related field 
  • Language Skill – English, Myanmar 
  • Other Skill  – Microsoft office, Excel 
  • Prefer living near Hlaing Tharyar , Mayangone and Hlaing Township
