  • To manage the daily checklist of all the guests arrival and departures.
  • Manage day to day front desk operation
  • To give a warm welcome to all the guests especially the VIP's and to provide them with the best possible services.
  • Receives all the telephone calls and convey the content of the message.
  • Listen carefully to the requests made by the guests and tries to understand and respond to them by giving appropriate details
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, telephone, and a computer.
  • Assist with a variety of administration task.
  • Arrange and manage office appointments and meetings.
  • Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years work experience working as a receptionist.
  • Degree Holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English 4 skills and fluency in Chinese language would be the most preferable.
  • Height – above 164cm , pleasant looking.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
