Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Visiting and maintaining good relation between two parties
• Negotiation with restaurant when customer relations executive received customer complaint
• Signing the delivery contract when necessary
• Have a listen to complaint from messengers to get good relation between restaurant and messenger
• Providing marketing tools to restaurant (card stand, door stickers and business card and mobile/tablet) once the restaurant has started to launch on D2D Portal
• Delivering the training for the new restaurants and refresher training for existing restaurants if needed
• Providing the weekly report to the management team
