Responsible for day-to-day operation of (4 to 5) branches and solving problems.
Ensure all operations staff and warehouse staff duties are performed well daily.
Keep track of inventory and manage the ordering process.
Ensure all branch damages and expiries are handled according to SOPs.
Hire, motivate and train employees.
Solve customers' complaints.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degrees. (Degree in business management preferred)
Age Between 30-38.
At least (5) years working experience in Retail Field as an Assistant Manager or similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheet, E- mail & Internet.
Have strong communication skills and ability to motivate and lead the team
Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
