Sale & Marketing Manager Position 

•    Plan marketing strategies to maximize sales profit. Including evaluating and tracking sales to achieve the objective and create a brand image by analyzing consumer target.
•    Able to analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports 
•    Responsible for supervising and organizing an assigned sales team
•    Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
•    Conduct sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market
•    Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
•    Meeting planned sales goals
•    Deliver presentation to potential and existing customers
•    Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets
•    Prepare concise sales reports
•    Promote the organization and products 
•    Conduct analysis and survey of sales territories to adjust where necessary
•    Contact customers via calls, emails, and arranged meeting to secure the business
•    Lead wholesale business to achieved sales goals
•    Stock Management - Manage stocks in retail stores and warehouse, stock forecasting & allocation/ order and monitoring of incoming shipments and sales sell-in or out volume/ Manual stock replenishment & merchandising duties.
•    Able to share knowledge and product training of sale teams to achieve for visual merchandising, service, operating how to consolidate the stocks.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field. 3-5 years experience
