Job briefWe are looking for a high-performing Manager level (sales & Marketing) for Lubricant products to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.ResponsibilitiesAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branchesDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BODIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Job Description- Manage full Operations of Sales and Marketing Branches- Do Business Development for Lubricants products- Manage staff sales, warehouse, marketing, back office, and retail shops.The RoleEnsure the smooth process flow with effective manner, Sales and business development, in charge.● Mainly responsible for the business growth of lubricants products● Managing operators, process flow and back office.

Job Requirements
• More preferable with MBA• At least 10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing & Managerial position in related field• Leadership and negotiation skills• Proactive and positive working attitude• Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)- Strong Business Development in Lubricants products- Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing, well known in BD.- Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team- Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.- Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Duties and Responsibilities:Conducting and coordinating with dealers and distributors and maintaining sales targets and goals.Tracking the growth and the progress of the leads who are assigned sales targets.Providing training to the sales force personnel.Periodical review and performance appraisal of the sales force team.Coordinating with other departments on product development and market or business development.Following up progress of the leads with their sales targets.Generating intelligence of company competitors.Managing sales force and the distribution chain.Conducting trade fairs and corporate events.Handling the queries and clearing the doubts of the clients and customers in a precise and concise manner.Managing and coordinating all sales, marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.Developing and implementing sale, marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.Managing the productivity of the sale, marketing plans and projects.Monitoring and reporting on all sales and marketing activity and results.Deterring and managing the marketing budget.Delivering marketing and promotion activity within agreed budget.Reporting on return on investment.Liaising with media and advertising.
