Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.
Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the operation team.
Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.
Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.
Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.
Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3Years experience in Sales&Marketing,preferably in Freight Forwarding Logistics or shipping coordination.
Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast Learner with a passion for sales.
Strong negotiation ansd sales skills.
Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilties.
Preferable experience in logistics.
