  • Must be understood travel & tour industry and be able to set strategy & sale targets
  • Must be developed sales & marketing target plans
  • Responding email and phone enquiries ( Tour package sale, Ticketing sales and B2B sale)
  • Manage daily sales calls & responsible for corporate sales
  • Undertake diligent market research to stay updated with industry trends and generate prospective leads.
  • Promote the company’s brand and introduce our services to the market by professionally
  • Maintain  relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate and sell present products and services to existing customers and potential customers
  • Achieve quarterly & yealy sales target and Organize promotional activities
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree and other related Diploma and certificate
  • At least 2-3 years of sale & marketing experience with strong knowledge
  • Must have knowledge about travel & tour industry
  • Must have communication skill, Sales Planning, Customer Realtionship and Marketing knowledge
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English and must be proficient in Microsoft office, Internet & Email and any other software related to visa officer.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
