  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products and services in the Real Estate / Insurance sector.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  •  Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze market trends to support business growth.
  •  Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product information to potential clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Support marketing activities such as campaigns, events, online promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Good knowledge of market trends and competitive activities in the related industry.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
