We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for Khin Maung Nyunt Steel Products and Galvanizing Co., Ltd.  

• Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Drive productivity and efficiency of sales and marketing plans and initiatives
• Implement to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
• Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain the relationships with existing and potential clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Conduct market analysis of designated channel and region, in order to understand the target market
• Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management
• Propose strategies for improvement to increase sales & marketing team performance to management
• Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing

• A bachelor's degree in engineering with sales/marketing experiences or  Diploma in sales/marketing
• At least 3 – 5 years experiences in sales & marketing, preferably in related industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• The ability to work under pressure
