-ကျောင်းမှ ဦးစီး၍ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုခုနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ ဆောင်ရွက်သော ပွဲများတွင် မိမိကျောင်း၏ ဈေးကွက်အစီအစဉ်များ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
- Brand Image ကို စားသုံးသူ (ကလေးမိဘ) များ စိတ်ထဲတွင် အမြဲတစ်စေအပြုသဘောဆောင် တန်ဖိုးထားဖို့ ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
- သင်ကြားရေး နှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော ဈေးကွက်/ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအသစ်များ ရှာဖွေမှု ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- ကျောင်းသား /သူ ရေရှည်တက်ရောက်ရေးအတွက် အရောင်း Program များရေးဆွဲတင်ပြရန်။

အပြုသဘောဆောင်သည့် စိတ်နေစိတ်ထားရှိပြီး ထိုးထွင်သိမြင်စွာဖြင့် တီထွင်ဖန်တီး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခြင်း။
- တစ်စုံတစ်ဦးမှ သိရှိရသော အကြံံဉာဏ်အမြင်အား လက်ခံနားထောင်ပေးနိုင်စွမ်းရည်ရှိခြင်း။
- English ဘာသာစကားအား ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာပြောဆိုနိုင်ခြင်း။
- မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများအား ခွဲဝေတာဝန်ပေးနိုင်ခြင်း။
- မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ဆရာဆရာမများ၏ အားသားချက်အားနည်းချက်များကို အကျိုးရှိစွာ အသုံးချနိုင်ခြင်း။
- မိမိအဖွဲ့အစည်းတွင် ခေါင်းဆောင်စီမံနိုင်စွမ်းရည်ရှိခြင်း။
