Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to in-store visitors, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge

• Manage online sales inquiries via social media, website chat, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers throughout the full sales journey—from initial consultation to purchase and after-sales support

• Present jewelry pieces with care, confidence, and attention to detail, ensuring brand standards are upheld

• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, including payments, invoicing, and order processing

• Support online order fulfillment, including packing, coordination with logistics, and follow-up communication

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment

• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

• Stay updated on product collections, gemstones, pricing, and ongoing promotions

• Collaborate with the marketing team by supporting online launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or jewelry is preferred

• Strong communication skills, both in person and online

• Genuine interest in jewelry, gemstones, and design aesthetics

• Customer-oriented mindset with a warm, professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and manage both in-store and online responsibilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce or social media platforms

• Attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
