  • Must be able to create and maintain customer and clients relationships.
  • Must have planning experience in sales plan and promotion scheme
  • Develop new customer and search for new opportunity.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
  • To set up the daily/weekly plan for sales people and monitoring.
  • Monitor, Review and Report on daily operation sales Team.
  • Retail & Wholesales market operates skillfully. 
  • Coordinate with external customer for sales documents and related.
  • Monitor all purchase orders to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
  • Manage and ensure the personal development of all subordinates.
  • Monitoring delivery product to customers.
  • Report sales activities to manager.
  • Other Duty assign by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with related certificate or diploma.(Sales & marketing management, Supply Chain Management)
  • Must have driving license
  • Able to go outside Yangon for sale and marketing trips
  • Must have minimum (3-4) years experiences in related fields.
  • Must be experienced with FMCG field, consumer goods or food items distribution field
  • Able to work at Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial zone
