1. Fixed Assets Management:

• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation.
• Prepare and submit depreciation reports to the Chief Accountant (CA) and Finance Director (FD).

2. Financial Reporting:

• Generate daily budget vs. actual reports and submit them to the Finance Team.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and post data to Accounting software and Excel.
• Reconcile data from the storage system and provide a monthly closing inventory report to CA and FD.
• Generate month-end financial reports for Company operations in Excel format within set timelines.
• Prepare and submit the full set of financial accounts for Company and Other project to the FD.

3. Expense Verification and Posting:

• Review all expense and advance reports for accuracy before posting them to Accounting software.
• Ensure that all advances are accurately posted into the Accounting Software and Excel records.

4. Compliance and Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Handle tax filing and liaise with tax authorities for audits and assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB and Odoo is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the ISP, technology, or telecom sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fixed assets management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (MYOB and Odoo).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
