Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations for a trading and distribution business in Yangon. This role suits an experienced finance professional who values precision, accountability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end closing tasks.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for review.
• Reconcile bank, ledger, and balance sheet accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and payment processing in line with company policies.
• Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and audit coordination with internal and external parties.
• Maintain organized accounting records and strengthen internal controls across finance processes.
• Work closely with operations and management to provide timely financial insights and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and month-end closing procedures.
• Familiar with Myanmar tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit support processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality in all financial matters.
