• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of journal entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare tax filings such as corporate income tax, commercial tax (VAT), withholding tax, etc.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow and budgeting processes.
• Support Finance Manager in preparing financial analysis and forecasts.
• Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance assistants.
• Implement internal controls and improve financial procedures.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B. Com, B. Art).
• LCCI III, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting certification is a strong advantage.
• Age (28 ~35) year

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts and taxation required.
• Experience with audits and reporting to management is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP, Tally, etc.).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Familiar with IFRS or local GAAP (Myanmar Financial Reporting Standards).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership capabilities and experience supervising a team is an advantage.
