  • Record and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Support financial reports, schedules, and management account preparation.
  • Monitor payables, receivables, cash flow, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax rules, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with related teams and auditors for financial data and inquiries.
  • Maintain organized accounting records and assist in process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a university graduate. B.Com or any relevant degree.

  • Must have passed LCCI Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or ACCA Part 2.

  • Must be 35 years old or below.

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Must be familiar with telephone communication and accounting/data entry tasks.

  • Must be proficient in using iStock accounting software or be willing to learn and use it.
