• Support budget preparation, financial planning, and cash flow monitoring.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax authorities when necessary.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to minimize financial risks, waste,
theft, and fraud.
• Collaborate with finance teams to identify and manage financial risks such as
interest rate or currency risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, and reporting
efficiency.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•  5–10 years of accounting experience, preferably 3 years of solid experience in a senior or supervisory role.
•  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
•  Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
•  Professional accounting certification such as ACCA (Partially or Fully Qualified) is preferred.
•  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•  Can communicate in English at an intermediate level.
•  Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.
•  Strong sense of accountability and responsibility in financial operations.
