Daily

• Prepare documents such as petty cash ,payment voucher ,advance liquidation for EBC,EM and EL.

• Prepare cash payment and receipt schedule invoice for EBC and Livestock

• Prepare physical daily petty cash balance for EBC, Mining, YM & EYW

• Filing & Check Document such as advance ,advance Liquidation, Debit , Credit ,Journal Voucher for EYW ,YM, EBC and EM.

• Prepare daily receivable and payable report for EBC and EM.

• Record & check petty cash for EBC.

• Daily Attendance for all staffs using global wave system

Weekly

• Check Bank Statement for EBC, EYW, YM & EM

• Check Livestock invoice issued in Thingangyun & customer payment egg sales (Twice per week)

Monthly

• Prepare Rental invoice for EBC Monthly.

• Check commercial tax monthly and quarterly for EBC.

• Record & check cash transaction for EYW daily cash in hand.

• Perform bank reconciliation & cash to ensure accuracy on month end closing balance.

• Prepare financial Statement for EBC and EM using SQL.

• Perform Ground Stock Taking (Stationary Store, Engineer Store,Diseal,Engine Oil, Cleaning Meterial)

• Record and check EPC & Generator Meter unit.

• calculate payroll and staff salary

As Required

• Print and request approval for Mining purchase requisition form

• Ensure suppliers are informed after payment are done.

• Set up fixed assets and do labelling for EBC.

• Follow up with Tax authority / external audit firm for EBC & Mining

• Ability to learn & use Google Sheet , SQL and Sea Table with Proficient during Probation Period.

• Setup team performance target to solve existing problem

• Other duties assigned by management.

• Graduates with B.Com or Any Degree / ACCA (1) (or) (2) Complete / CPA.
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience in related position.
• SQL knowledge will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
