Position Title: Senior Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounting
Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions including Cash, Bank, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Journal Entries
• Manage sales, purchase, and inventory accounting for mobile accessories products
• Monitor stock movement, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory valuation
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations
• Calculate and submit Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax accurately and on time
• Maintain and control fixed assets, accruals, and depreciation schedules
• Prepare accounting records and reports for internal and external audits
• Supervise and review junior accounting staff and daily accounting operations
• Prepare management reports including sales analysis, margin reports, and expense control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / B.Act preferred)
• LCCI Level II / III or CPA (Part I / II) is an advantage

Experiences

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant
• Experience in Mobile Accessories, Trading, Distribution, or Retail companies is strongly preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock costing, and COGS
• Solid understanding of taxation and financial compliance
• Ability to analyze sales margins, stock variance, and operating costs
