Handle all overseas bank payment transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.

Record the accounting activities related to petty cash claims from staff, ensuring proper documentation and accurate transactions in the financial records.

Prepare documentation for transferring export earnings and email it to the in-charge person.

Compute and record export sales by applying the relevant transaction rates as per CBM policy, ensuring accurate and timely registration of all transactions.

Verify the Export Declaration forms to ensure proper documentation and confirm that export quantities and values are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

Analyze the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including cold store charges, logistics charges, customs fees, freight charges, and other related expenses.

Verify all day-to-day cash payments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Regularly compare bank statements with records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.

Prepare and manage month-end closing processes, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports. Ensure payroll journals are accurate and reclassify entries if necessary.

Maintain and track monthly fixed assets, and prepare depreciation schedules to ensure proper financial reporting.

Maintain excel schedules for prepaid expenses, other receivables, accrued expenses, and FOB payables.

File quarterly CT tax with the IRD Myanmar, and coordinate with the Tax Officer and local audit firm.

3-5 years in accounting/finance, preferably in the fishery or manufacturing sectors.

Experience in export-related financial tasks, tax filings, and cost management.

Hands-on experience with financial reporting and asset management.
