Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive that have sufficient knowledge and background on media, digital and creative, strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives, answering client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.

Job Description

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major clients and company
  • Resolving client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of client needs
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Working with creative team, media team, digital team, production team and team members from other departments and dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being delivered according to proposed timelines
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management  
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field
  • Two to Three years’ previous work experience in key account management or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Have sufficient knowledge and background on media, digital and creative
  • Advanced computer skills, and experience with CRM software
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated, self-directed and excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company clients and their position in the industry
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
